Uttrayan is a registered Trust set up in 1986 with the primary objective of providing support and guidance for people with special needs and mental challenges, which restrict their abilities to lead normal lives. People with development disorders and other associated learning disorders like Autism Downs Syndrome, Attention Deficit, Disorders, Seizure Disorders and Slow learning.
