Had the most fulfilling conversation with our newest employee, Simran, with a handful of friendship bands, a bunch of friends who thought of her and the excitement of coming to work every day ❤️

There’s something so beautiful about being made to feel like you belong. Sometimes, inclusion is just as simple as a friendship band ❤️

Prachi’s independent visit to South City Mall was so much more than just a fun outing. It was a journey of confidence, learning and growing every step of the way.

From remembering to carry her wallet, travelling in the car, navigating the escalator, refilling her own Timezone play card and enjoying her favourite water shooting game, every milestone reflected her growing independence.

We are so proud of you, Prachi. Every small step is a big achievement, and today you reminded us that confidence is built one experience at a time ❤️

At Amrit Somani Memorial Centre, through a thoughtfully designed mock voting drill, young adults with autism were guided through every step of the electoral process - from understanding symbols to casting their vote independently.

What may seem routine to many is, in reality, a powerful moment of confidence, clarity and inclusion.
