Lifeline" aims to create a true National Network of independently operated local crisis centers, combining custom local care, language and resources with national standards and best practices which can provide free and confidential support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24/7 across the Nation. Lifeline's national backup centers will answer calls when local centers are unable to answer.
