The objects for which the society is established are :-
a) To acquire, establish, start, aid, run, maintain or manage educational institutes, libraries for the benefit of the public. b) To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussions, seminars & excursions for the diffusion of knowledge. d) To Study, cultivate and demonstrate the art of music and dancing. e) To promote and en
courage advancement of literary, culture, political, religious & scientific education. f) To help the needy students of all communities for the prosecution of studies. g) To collect and preserve manuscripts, painting sculptures, works or art, antiquities, natural history specimen, mechanical and scientific instruments and designs. h) To help the aged, sick, helpless and indigent persons. i) To alleviate the sufferings of animals or other living creatures as may be deemed appropriate. j) To protect Environment and preventing environmental problems. Also aware about Indian Legislation. k) To educate people about Waste Management & disposal in different categories. l) Introduce some Environmental educational courses. m) Awareness training and formation of women's groups around those issues, initiate participative self-reliance efforts, and,
n) Handing over the organizational and functional work to those people- based groups. o) To help consumers fight against the powerful and corrupt organizations / officials
p) To actively participate in community development, Disaster Management, environment and other social emerging issues and problems
q) To help to organize self-help group based programme for augmentation of the livelihood opportunities of the people at the grass root level as being beneficial to the public or to a section of public. r) Improvement of image and self-esteem of marginalized communities
s) To arrange programme for downtrodden and tribal people
t) Would elevate public awareness on the issue of keeping the "River Ganga" pollution free. u) Popularize use of Jute bags. v) Renders all out efforts to develop public awareness to segregate biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes (MSW). w) Keep posted the people towards the need and urgency for replacement of the use of Plastic Carry Bags with Jute Bags through seminars, meetings etc
x) Making betterment of local environment as a solution towards global environmental hazards.
