We are committed to encouraging a culture of quizzing among college students by conducting good quality quizzes on a regular basis. All our activities are aimed at building up general awareness amongst college students. Prayga aims to make students aware of the regular activities of the UEMK Quiz Club and join in to enjoy and explore the art of quizzing.

Yukti Yagna 2026 turned up the heat as DriveBlaze, in collaboration with Pragya – The Official Quiz Club of UEM Kolkata, brought together some seriously sharp minds for a quiz extravaganza!
From the first question to the final buzzer, Quizmasters Santi Alu & Piyush Jha kept the room on its toes, the questions coming, and the stakes climbing.

And when the dust settled…

Mindspark, a U-25 General Quiz hosted by Sayak Chowdhury, was held on 6th August at RMK Narendrapur, putting participants' general knowledge to the test across a wide range of topics.

Indrojeet Nayek — a quizzer so seasoned he probably dreams in trivia — teamed up with Soham Mukherjee . Together, the veteran-and-rookie combo powered through the preliminary rounds, made it to the final, and walked away with an impressive 3rd place — proof that old wisdom and new hunger make for a solid team.

After conquering the Preliminary Round and emerging victorious in the East Zonal Round, Devi Prasad Chakraborty, proudly representing Pragya – The Official Quiz Club of UEM Kolkata and West Bengal, competed at the 14th Bengaluru India Nano National Nanotechnology Quiz 2026.

The National Grand Finale featured only four finalists, with one representative from each zone of India. Competing against the nation's brightest minds, Devi Prasad secured the title of National First Runner Up, bringing immense pride to Pragya, UEM Kolkata, and West Bengal.

This remarkable achievement reflects his dedication, knowledge, and unwavering passion for quizzing.
