Rajib Chakraborty as the SETTLOR of the Trust. IBVRC works in the field of Human Rights, Anti Corruption, Anti Crime and General Public Welfare and Development issues in India and abroad. The core Office Bearers are Mr. Gautam Mallick (Chair

man), Mr. Jaideep Ghosh (President), Mr. Rajib Chakraborty (Secretary-General, Spokesman, CEO & Chief Functionary) and Mr. Lokenath Saha (Treasurer). The Organization is registered under section 60 and Rule 69 vide Reg. No. 4277/12 with Government of India.
