At the second edition of Peer to Peer Networking, FICCI FLO Kolkata, in collaboration with Career After Family (CAFE), brought members together to talk about their work, understand each other’s businesses, exchange ideas and discover where their paths could connect.

From entrepreneurs sharing what they are building to conversations around collaborations, referrals and opportunities, the afternoon was about making networking more purposeful and personal.

Because a strong network isn’t built by how many people you meet. It’s built when people know who you are, what you do, and how they can connect with you.

There’s something special about hearing what stayed with people after a conversation ends.

For our FLO members, The Midlife You Deserve with Lisa Ray was a reminder to look at this phase of life differently. Not as something to fear or resist, but as a time to listen to ourselves more closely, make space for our own needs, and step into the years ahead with greater clarity and confidence.

A programme may end in two days. The thinking it sets in motion can stay much longer.

FICCI FLO Kolkata hosted Lisa Ray for The Midlife You Deserve — an afternoon that moved beyond the usual idea of midlife as a crisis, and opened it up as a chapter of honesty, power and self-return.

From listening to the body before it breaks down, to speaking openly about menopause, setting boundaries without guilt, choosing health with awareness, and remembering that it is never too late to begin again — Lisa reminded us that this phase of life is not about becoming less.

It is about becoming more yourself.

A session full of warmth, candour and wisdom for every woman learning to choose herself, without apology.
