The three divisional letters bear the three variable meaning “Friends In Need”. Behind these three words, was an untold dream by the upholder ’Ankit Ghorui ‘, creator & drummer of the band, “Kolaj” who is no more with us.
‘FIN’ is basically an Organization , newly formed by us .We want to walk with the forsaken dream of Ankit Ghorui, He had a dream to create an organization to stand by th
e children who are below poverty line and to help the innocents to create their future beyond boundaries imaginable, that’s why we want to bring the beacon of hope by FIN. But the very dreamer, Ankit suddenly passed away on a road accident unexpectedly leaving behind his dream undone. In our city, every day at least one person faces accidental death like him due to delayed treatment or failure of timely hospitalization. So, our principal objective is to start a mobile ambulance service throughout Belgharia Expressway which is seemingly an accident prone zone. We are keenly interested in saving such valuable lives through our organization with our best effort. In west Bengal this kind of venture has not yet been taken so far. So, probably this will be the first of it's kind by our organization, FIN. We need a huge funds to render our heartiest service towards the helpless victims of road accidents. As in, we are just taking our first steps, but we have to walk till the end of eternity. We want our friends to walk hand- in- hand with us to fulfill this dream. Please come forth and stand beside us and help us in the best possible way you can.
