Animal Rescue and care is an ngo that works for stray animals & mainly treat critical cases but also does sterilization,vaccination & adoption.

ARC was formed when two individual animal lovers after working for strays alone since childhood,met and started working forming shelter.. Now there are members from several sectors of society right from teachers,to bankers,doctors,police officers,engineers,artists,business personalities,students of various field and others persons from other fields.. it is formed with the objective of scientific birth control of dogs and cats to reduce their no. as well as suffering..& also in order to eradicate rabies our another objective is mass vaccination in different areas..a few of such campaigns had already taken place.. we also treat animals with small to severe injury on a regular basis. We have a small shelter with o.t facility and accommodation for few animals. We also have one ambulance for pick up of injured animals. We also provide online help to animal lovers all across the world.. We also believe in creating awareness n arousing kindness specially among school goers and young adults and are working on it.

Just a couple of days after bringing new life into the world, this heartbreaking mother dog was callously abandoned in the jungle near our feeding route. She is suffering from a severe, life-threatening uterine prolapse following birth.

Her newborn pups—too young to even open their eyes—were scattered and crying in the dirt. We have no idea how long they were left out here suffering without protection or care.

As soon as our team was notified, we rushed to the scene to rescue the mother and her fragile babies. Their medical treatment has already begun, but their condition is extremely critical.

Every single day, as the woodfire burns and the big pot starts to simmer, a quiet hope brews with it. 🍲✨
For so many innocent souls waiting on the streets, this meal isn't just food—it's their only chance at survival for the day. Seeing them run through mud and water, wagging their tails just for a bowl of warm rice, makes every bit of hard work worth it. 🐾❤️

But today, we are facing a tough reality.

To keep our kitchen running and every belly full, we need 7 bags of rice every single day.

Current shortage: We are still short by 75 bags for this month.

Without these bags, our pots will go cold, and hundreds of hungry animals will have to sleep on an empty stomach.

He was dumped outside our shelter, helpless and completely paralyzed. Someone left him behind when he needed love the most—but his story didn't end there. ❤️‍🩹
Ever since we admitted him and started intensive medical treatment, this brave little warrior has been showing us what resilience truly looks like. Look at him now—sitting up, eating with such appetite, and fighting every single day to regain his strength!

This sweet soul was found suffering with severe neck wounds that haven't stopped bleeding since last night. The pain and discomfort are overwhelming, but despite everything, this gentle dog remains so trusting and calm.
We’ve managed to rescue and safely transport them into our care vehicle, but urgent medical treatment, wound dressing, and continuous care are required immediately to prevent infection and help them recover.

Every single day, the kitchen gets busy preparing a warm, nutrient-dense meal for our shelter and community kids. We boil fresh rice, cook down protein-rich fish heads, and mix it all together into a wholesome khichdi adding dry food that keeps hundreds of tails wagging.

Seeing them clean their bowls with so much joy makes every bit of effort worth it—but keeping this kitchen running requires constant support.

Right now, we are facing a critical shortage for this month:
Rice Shortage: We are short by 80 bags of rice (₹300 per bag).
