সংবিধানের অন্তর্ভুক্ত নিরপেক্ষ সংস্থাগুলি তাদের দায়িত্ব পালনে ব্যর্থ হওয়ায় পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সাধারণ নাগরিক রাষ্ট্রহীন হয়ে পড়ার আশঙ্কায় ভুগছে। সাধারণ নাগরিকের পাশাপাশি আমার দেশের জওয়ান যারা দেশের স্বার্থে নিজেদের জীবনকে বিপন্ন করে কাশ্মীর সহ বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে দেশের পাহারাদার হিসেবে কাজ করছে তাদের ভোটাধিকার কেড়ে নিয়েছে দেশের নির্বাচন কমিশন। বিচারব্যবস্থা কি পারবে না এদের অধিকার ফিরিয়ে প্রজাতন্ত্রের উদ্দেশ্যকে প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে?
