International Day of Yoga 2026 Celebration...

The International Day of Yoga was observed with great enthusiasm on 21st June 2026 at Royal International School. The event witnessed active participation from children, guardians, and members of the general public.
The program was organized by the Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI), Purba Medinipur District, West Bengal Chapter, with the aim of spreading awareness about the importance of yoga for a healthy body and mind.
Participants performed various yoga asanas and breathing exercises under the guidance of trained instructors. The event highlighted the significance of incorporating yoga into daily life to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.
