An initiative taken by a group of Kolkata based like-minded people during these crucial times of the Pandemic natural disasters eg
. Cyclone AMPHAN which created havoc in West Bengal. We serve the city of Kolkata and suburbs. We have included services for some other states too. We collect individual / group funds to execute our social work and projects. BRIEFING:

We started in the first week of lockdown 1.0. We alleviated the troubles the daily wagers and migrant workers by providing them ration kits. Since then, our numbers have exceeded 4000+ kits. Additionally, a daily meal campaign was initiated through which cooked meal was distributed to the people who came to Kolkata but could not return owing to the lockdown. Areas Covered: Mainly downtown and the outskirts of Kolkata. Currently, we are serving the major Amphan cyclone affected area in West Bengal namely Dhaknamari, Bauni, Nandigram, Madhavpur, Tilpi, Purba Durgapur, Joyram Khali, Durgapur Chandibari, Mathirapur, etc. We are doing collection drives of clothes, bed-sheets and utensils from the people of Kolkata and distributing them accordingly to the affected zones. Due to the ongoing pandemic and the consequent lockdown, the areas affected had worsened by the devastation of cyclone ‘AMPHAN’. It is nothing but Humanity that calls to lend extended support to our fellow people who lost their valuables in terms of roof/shelter/crops/lives to name a few. HELP US TO HELP OTHERS!
