Indian Statistical Institute Alumni Association

24/09/2026

I, Shashi Mohan Srivastava, am the Chairman of Indian Statistical Institute Alumni Association (ISIAA) since June 2023.

Sometime ago an influential alumnus of ISI approached a member of the Executive Committee (EC) of ISIAA requesting him/her to share email addresses of all alumni held by ISIAA. He further requested the EC member not to tell this to me.

Needless to say that the EC member did not oblige the influential alumnus. Further the EC member informed this underhand activity to me.

I am very proud of alumni of ISI. I do not expect any of you to indulge in such underhand activity.

On behalf of ISIAA I assure you that none of your personal information held by ISIAA will be shared with others without your consent.
