আর্থিক ক্ষমতায়ন কর্মসূচি নামক আলোচনাটি সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে আয়োজিত শিক্ষামূলক ও অ-বাণিজ্যিক সেশন, যা পরিচালনা করেন সেবি (SEBI)-র তালিকাভুক্ত একজন 'স্মার্ট' (SMART - সিকিউরিটিজ মার্কেট ট্রেইনার) প্রশিক্ষক।

কার্যত, কোনো ট্রান্স-ম্যাসকুলিন (transmasculine) সংগঠনের সাথে এটিই আমাদের সংস্থার প্রথম যৌথ উদ্যোগ। এই আয়োজনে আমরা অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত, কৃতজ্ঞ এবং সমৃদ্ধ বোধ করছি।

LGBTQIA+ সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য একটি শক্তিশালী ও নিরাপদ ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে তোলার লক্ষ্যে এই আর্থিক ক্ষমতায়ন কর্মসূচিটি আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।

২৬শে আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে, আমরা আমাদের সহযোগী সংগঠন 'বেঙ্গল ট্রান্স অ্যান্ড ক্যুয়ার ফাউন্ডেশন' (Bengal Trans & Q***r Foundation)-এর সাথে যৌথভাবে 'একতা রিসোর্স সেন্টার'-এ একটি আর্থিক ক্ষমতায়ন সেশনের আয়োজন করি। এই আয়োজনে ট্রান্স পুরুষ ও ট্রান্স নারীসহ LGBTQIA+ সম্প্রদায়ের সদস্যরা একত্রিত হয়ে তথ্যপূর্ণ ও ক্ষমতায়নমূলক শিক্ষার সুযোগ লাভ করেন।

সেশনটি পরিচালনা করেন সেবি (SEBI)-র তালিকাভুক্ত একজন 'স্মার্ট' (SMART) প্রশিক্ষক। তিনি অংশগ্রহণকারীদের আর্থিক সাক্ষরতা, সঞ্চয়, বিনিয়োগ, আর্থিক পরিকল্পনা এবং সুচিন্তিত আর্থিক সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলো সম্পর্কে দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন।

LGBTQIA+ সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য আর্থিক ক্ষমতায়ন স্বাধীনতা, আত্মবিশ্বাস এবং একটি নিরাপদ ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে তোলার ক্ষেত্রে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করতে পারে।

দিনটি ছিল শিক্ষা ও অভিজ্ঞতা বিনিময়ের মাধ্যমে বৃহত্তর আর্থিক সচেতনতা ও ক্ষমতায়নের পথে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার একটি অর্থবহ দিন।

আর্থিক সচেতনতা হলো একটি শক্তিশালী, নিরাপদ এবং আর্থিকভাবে ক্ষমতায়িত সম্প্রদায় গড়ে তোলার পথে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ।

The Financial Empowerment Programme, a 100% FREE, educational and non-commercial session facilitated by an Empanelled SEBI SMART (Securities Market Trainer).

This is effectively our organization's first collaborative project with a transmasculine organization. We are thrilled, grateful, and enriched.

This Financial Empowerment for a stronger and more secure future for LGBTQIA+ community.

On 26th August 2026, we organised a Financial Empowerment Session in collaboration with Bengal Trans & Q***r Foundation CBO partner organisation at Ekta resource center bringing together members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including trans men and trans women, for an informative and empowering learning space.

The session was conducted by a SEBI Empanelled SMART (Securities Market Trainer), who guided participants on important aspects of financial literacy, savings, investments, financial planning and making informed financial decisions.

For the LGBTQIA+ community, financial empowerment can play an important role in building independence, confidence and a more secure future.

It was a meaningful day of learning, sharing experiences and taking a step towards greater financial awareness and empowerment.

জাতি ধর্ম বর্ণ লিঙ্গ নির্বিশেষে এক সূত্রে গাঁথা হল সকলকে। দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগণা ও কলকাতায় সম্প্রীতির সৌভাতৃত্বের এই মিলনোৎসবে LGBTQIA+ প্রান্তিক সম্প্রদায় অংশগ্রহন করেছিলেন।

সমাজের অংশীজন (stakeholders), প্রশাসনিক কার্যকর্তা, রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনের শাখা, পথচলতি মানুষ, ট্যাক্সিচালক, শ্রমিক, মজুর, পেট্রোলপাম্প কর্মী, অটোচালক, স্থানীয় দোকানসহ বহু মানুষকে রাখির বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করা হল।

এই বন্ধন হোক সমতার একতার সম্মানের সৌভ্রাতৃত্বের অঙ্গীকারের দিশা।

People from all walks of life were united by a common bond, transcending barriers of caste, religion, race, and gender. The LGBTQIA+ community and marginalized groups actively participated in this celebration of harmony and brotherhood across South 24 Parganas and Kolkata.

The *Rakhi* bond was shared with a diverse range of people—including community stakeholders, administrative officials, members of Ramakrishna Mission branches, pedestrians, taxi drivers, laborers, petrol pump attendants, auto-rickshaw drivers, and local shopkeepers.

May this bond serve as a guiding light for a pledge of equality, unity, mutual respect, and brotherhood.

১৩ অগাস্ট সংগঠনের পক্ষ থেকে রেশন (নিউট্রেশান কিট) বিতরন করা হয় আমাদের সম্প্রদায় ও সংগঠনের কর্মী সদস্যদের মধ্যে।

আমরা চাইলেও সম্প্রদায়ের অনেক মানুষকেই রেশন পরিষেবা থেকে বিরত রাখতে বাধ্য হয়েছি, কারণ আমাদের আন্তরিক ইচ্ছে অফুরাণ, কিন্তু সামর্থ তুলনামূলক কম। সহৃদয় সংস্থা/ এজেন্সিদের আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি, আমাদের সংগঠনের মধ্যে দিয়ে প্রান্তিক মানুষদের পাশে দাঁড়াবার জন্য।

এদিন স্বাস্থ্যদপ্তরের CMOH 4 স্যার সহ বিভাগীয় আধিকারিক, সিনি র পক্ষ থেকে সোমা রায় চৌধুরী ও নিউট্রিসিয়ানিস্ট উপস্থিত ছিলেন। তাঁদের মূল্যবাণ আলোচনার পরে আমরা রেশন সামগ্রী বিতরণ করি।

On August 13, the organization distributed rations (nutrition kits) among members of our community and our staff members.

Despite our sincere desire to help everyone, we were compelled to exclude many community members from this distribution due to our limited resources. We appeal to kind-hearted organizations and agencies to join us in supporting marginalized people.

Officials from the Health Department—including the CMOH4 sir—as well as Soma Dey and nutritionist representing CINI, were present on the occasion.
We distributed the ration supplies following their valuable remarks.
