Like previous years, we again distributed blankets to those poor and the needy homeless people, staying road side, near railway stations and in slums.

As they suffer a lot during winter season, due to lack of proper warm clothes and blankets. We just tried to minimize their sufferings as much as we can with the support of others including Irisidea TechSolutions Private Limited

With the support from Irisidea we were able to help Swapna and Suresh, a young couple from Bangalore are facing an incredibly challenging time.

Suresh recently underwent surgery after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. Unfortunately, during this critical period, he was fired from his job at a flower exporting company, leaving the family without a source of income.

With two young children attending school, the family has been struggling to make ends meet, especially as their savings were depleted by the medical expenses. Swapna had reached out for assistance, seeking financial support to help the family tide over this exceptionally difficult phase.

We could cover 2 big amount medical bills for them at Kidwai Cancer Hospital for Radiation and National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), India for brain surgery. We were also able to cover the school fees for this academic year for their son.

We alog with ARTSofINDIA.in are conducting free Kauna Craft Workshop for rural and unemployed women in Imphal West District of Manipur to enable them with earning opportunity. This 30-days program will empower these women for a sustainable earning by making kauna products. ARTSofINDIA.in will also support them to market and get the orders for their products. We are also providing them with tools, raw materials and stipend during and after the training, until they start earning substantially. We would like to get more people involve in this kind of activities, please message if you have similar thoughts.
