We are not only working towards awareness, CSE is much beyond that.
It is about moving from knowledge access to service access; ensuring Adolescents & Young people can actually use impactful government initiatives like Anwesha Clinics and Adolescent Friendly Health Clinics (AFHCs).

But at the grassroots, a major gap persists: many people are unaware about these services or ways to access them. That is exactly where our work continues: bridging this divide through consistent engagement, information sharing, and system navigation support.

For us, building Adolescent and Youth empowerment is incomplete without this link between knowledge, access, and rights.

Do you know how deeply conversations around sexual and reproductive health, body image, gender, boundaries, and rights are connected to our Mental well-being?

Because when we understand our bodies and needs better, it directly supports how we feel about ourselves, our choices, and our relationships. đŸŒŋ

This is what Comprehensive Sexuality Education does. It helps young people and persons across age and identity make sense of their bodies, express their feelings, and move through life with more awareness, confidence, and ease!

We’re growing, expanding, and reaching newer community spaces through 'PROJECT DISHA' 🌟

An open field turned into shared laughter, conversations, and new friendships as adolescents came together to learn through fun games and activities.

From drawing each other while maintaining eye contact to taking part in make-believe role plays where they stepped into different characters, the space slowly opened up to curiosity, comfort, and connection. They also mapped their community through drawings, sharing how they see and experience the spaces around them. 🏡

While Project Disha aspires to engage adolescents across schools and communities through Comprehensive Sexuality Education, these first community sessions marked an important start for peer bonding, trust-building, and group learning.

Sometimes, meaningful participation begins when young people are simply encouraged to interact, express, and be themselves. 🌷

A uterus drawn openly on a classroom board is something many of us didn’t grow up seeing. Here, curiosity, hesitation, and laughter come with something important: Space to Talk WITHOUT Shame. 🌈

Towards the end, one of the students draws our facilitators; not as teachers in the usual sense, but as people they can approach, question, and learn with. 🌟

Conversations move across bodies, health, relationships, safety, and everyday choices. From menstrual health to digital safety and beyond, learning does not stay limited to conventional textbooks. It happens through discussions, activities, comics, and shared experiences.

Adolescents under Project Tamanna do not just listen. They ask, share, and shape the space in their own ways, both in their schools and outside. 🌷

A small shift in how learning, and who we learn from, is imagined. ☘ī¸

Growth looks different when it is done together.
What started in March as a retreat to reflect on our challenges, strengths, and limitations became a meaningful checkpoint in April, an opportunity to pause, revisit our work, and understand what is evolving, what needs attention, and where we go next.
Through our monthly review process, we create space to reflect, realign, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. These moments strengthen our commitment to continuous learning, collaborative work, and planning that are rooted in the realities of the communities we engage with.
As we move ahead, the focus remains on translating reflection into action; shifting from identifying challenges to building solutions, strengthening feedback loops, deepening engagement, and sustaining our work towards Adolescent -Youth Empowerment and Comprehensive Sexuality Education.

Reproductive health is more than a topic in textbooks.📚
It is part of our daily lives, our experiences, and our decisions. It is shaped by the society around us and the opportunities we receive. Not everyone has equal access to information or care, and that affects how people grow and make choices. Creating awareness and encouraging honest conversations can make a real difference. Because reproductive health is not just medical, it is about dignity, confidence, and rights.đŸŒŧ

"Is it normal to feel confused about my body and emotions?"

Questions like these come up often in our sessions. Whether it is about safety, comfort, or understanding their own feelings, girls are learning to notice and trust what they feel.đŸŒģ
In these spaces, they talk, reflect, and support each other. They share that these conversations help them make sense of their experiences and feel more confident to express themselves.
Every small realisation helps them understand themselves a little better.❤ī¸

At Rangeen Khidki, change grows when families grow together. 🌱
Our mothers meetings build support, shift mindsets, and open conversations on safety and violence awareness.
When mothers are informed and empowered, the impact goes beyond sessions- into homes, communities, and futures.
Hear their takeaways from our recent meeting ✨

MEAL, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning, helps us understand how our projects are truly engaging adolescents.đŸĻ‹
But here, it does not feel like assessment. It feels like expression.
With balloons, scrapbooks, and colourful tapes, adolescents turn feedback into something fun and meaningful.🎈
This makes participation easier, ensures more honest responses, and reduces the burden of documentation in impact assessment.
