Rotary Club of Calcutta Sankalpa today donated one Automatic Sanitary Napkins Vending Machine and one Incinerator to Bishnupur Sir Romesh Institution, Rajarhat. Machines were commissioned in presence of all the faculty members of the school and also in presence of President and Past President of Rotary Club. This will surely improve the menstrual hygiene among the girl students of the school. We thank Head Master of the school for providing Rotary Club a letter of acceptance . We also thank our suppliers M/S Juvial Suraksha Hygiene LLP for supplying the machines at a very short time. We also express our gratitude to the officials of Rotary District 3291 for approving District Grant for this purpose. RC Calcutta Sankalpa hope to carry out similar work in future too.

Rotary Club of Calcutta Sankalpa started new Rotary Year 22-23 with a visit on 1st July morning to “BODHANA” a home for mentally challenged boys below 18 years run by West Bengal Government at New Town. A home where skill development as well as basic education is imparted to all inmates. We understand their requirements and committed to support wherever and whenever they required our support. Accompanied by new President and Vice President of the club.

First Birthday of Rotary Club of Calcutta Sankalpa was celebrated on 16Th June'22 with most of our family members at NKDA Business club. We all charter members and families feel proud addressing the community cause with our limited resources and also promoted Fellowship among our members and community. Ujjwal Drishti Abhiyan against this scheme Rotary Club of Calcutta Sankalpa had distributed 21 nos Spectacles to the students of a West Bengal Government sponsored School Bishnupur Sir Romesh Institution, Rajarhat on 26th March,22. PDG Rtn Mukul Sinha, Chairman District Literacy Committee distributed the Spectacles in presence of Mr. Biplab Mitra Head Master of school with many other faculty members of the School. Rtn Shreerup Rudra and Charter President Balmiki Dasgupta was also present. Earlier on 12th February'22 ,Rotary club of Calcutta Sankalpa organised an Eye Camp at the same school where out of 16o students tested these 21 children were found requires Spectacles for regular use.
