Spirit Of Southern Bypass - SSB has always believed that a true community takes care of its own — and that belief has quietly grown into some of our most cherished relationships.
Four years ago, we opened our hearts to a partnership with one of the city's finest healthcare institutions — Ruby General Hospitals — offering our residents and their extended families, including our beloved staff, security personnel, and domestic help, a generous 60% discount on OPD/IPD services. What began as a simple tie-up has, over the years, blossomed into something far more meaningful. Over 150 residents and 10+ staff members have leaned on this support during moments that truly mattered — moments of worry, of healing, of hope.
And tomorrow, that bond comes full circle once again. One of our own — a core member of our SSB family — will undergo a major surgery at RGH. And true to who we are, we won't just be sending wishes from afar. We'll be there, together, as one family, standing beside not just our member but the RGH staff too — people who, over these four years, have stopped feeling like a hospital team and started feeling like family themselves.
Three years ago , we extended this circle of care further, partnering with Pulse Nuberg Diagnostics (Kamalgazi and other centres) , bringing 40%–80% discounted rates on OPD and diagnostic tests to our residents and their extended families. Since then, over 350 residents and 400+ staff members have walked through those doors, trusting them with something as precious as their health. Today, it fills us with quiet pride that every single one of our SSB core members chooses Pulse Nuberg for their own regular diagnostics too — a small but powerful sign of the trust we've built together.

On the 20th of June, 2026, Spirit of Southern Bypass proudly signed an MOU with Manipal Hospitals, extending our circle of trust to their Medica and Mukundapur AMRI cluster. This new partnership is not just another tie-up on paper — it's a promise. A promise that wherever life takes our residents, whatever health journey they or their loved ones may face, SSB will have already paved a path of care, comfort, and support waiting for them.
Special Discounts on Medical Services (Case-to-Case Basis):
* 20% discount on Outpatient (OPD) consultations
* 15% discount on Outpatient laboratory investigations
* 15% discount on Outpatient radiology services (CT, MRI, Ultrasound & X-Ray)
* 20% discount onwards on health check-up packages
* All members under the SSB brand will be issued a customized Manipal Mitra Neighbourhood Card to avail the above benefits through sharing a Google form to the housing societies by SSB, and accordingly, the cards can be distributed by Manipal Hospitals.
* In instances of cash patient admissions for Senior Citizens, Manipal Hospital Mukundapur Cluster will provide a relaxation period of 24 hours to make the advance payment, ensuring a smooth admission process.
