✨Exposure Visit to St. Xavier’s University✨

On 9th April 2026, Udayan Care Kolkata Chapter, in collaboration with St. Xavier’s University, organized an enriching exposure visit for our Shalinis. 🌿

The session was both informative and inspiring, with students actively engaging with speakers and showcasing remarkable curiosity and enthusiasm. A workshop on Gender Equality and Cyber Security was successfully conducted on 19th March 2026.

Organized through a collaborative effort between the Kolkata and North Kolkata Chapters in collaboration with Swayam, the session aimed to build awareness around gender rights, personal safety, and responsible digital behaviour.

The workshop provided valuable insights into gender equality, discrimination, and legal frameworks such as POCSO and POSH. It also equipped participants with practical strategies to ensure personal safety, set boundaries, and create secure physical and digital spaces. 💻🔐

The interactive nature of the session encouraged Shalinis to connect these learnings with real-life experiences, helping them build confidence to express concerns, seek help, and support one another. They were also introduced to emergency response systems and support networks, reinforcing a strong sense of security.

This impactful session empowered the Shalinis with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate both offline and online spaces safely, make informed decisions, and stand up for their rights. Together, we continue to nurture confident, aware individuals committed to building safer and more inclusive communities. 💜
