Our (WTS- Wildlife Trust of Sundarban's) President Mr. Arabindu Sardar's "Wildlife Conservation" Work news.

Snake eggs hatched to protect the environment.
Snake expert Arabindu Sardar carefully preserved the snake eggs recovered from the ground and released them in a garden on Sunday morning to protect the balance of the environment. On Wednesday morning, June 6, Niranjan Naskar's family was horrified to find 4 snake eggs on the bank of their pond in Punpua village of Jaynagar, South 24 Parganas. While working to build a bank around the pond with soil, 4 eggs were recovered when a spade hit the base of a tree. One of the eggs burst when the spade hit it, and a baby snake came out. Local residents claim that the eggs are of a Spectacled Cobra or "Cobra" snake. On receiving this news, snake expert Arabindu Sardar recovered the snake eggs from the spot and preserved them. He said, 'I recovered the egg and kept it under safe observation. Finally, on June 11, 3 eggs hatched and the babies came out. Even though they were Hele (Buff Striped Keelback) snake babies. To maintain the balance of the environment, we released these non-venomous snakes in a safe place in a local garden on Sunday morning. However, after the eggs were recovered, the common people thought that the eggs were poisonous snakes, and their idea that Hele snakes would come out after hatching was proven wrong. However, the villagers were full of praise for the way the babies hatched from the eggs with the help of Arabindu Sardar.
