**She Didn't Ask for Food… She Just Needed Someone to Listen. 💔**

Today, during our visit to an elderly woman, we sat beside her and asked a simple question:

**"How have you been?"**

She looked at us for a moment. Then, with trembling hands and tear-filled eyes, she began sharing the story of her life.

Years of loneliness, silent struggles, and memories she had carried in her heart came pouring out. We didn't interrupt. We simply listened.

In that moment, we realized that hunger is not always about an empty stomach. Sometimes, it is the hunger for love, respect, care, and someone who truly listens.

At **Feed India Movement Association**, we believe every elderly person deserves not only a meal but also dignity, compassion, and companionship.

Today, we may have offered food, but she gave us something far more valuable—a reminder that humanity begins with kindness.

If you have elderly parents, grandparents, or neighbors, take a few minutes to sit with them. Listen to their stories. Your time may become the greatest gift they receive.
