Strengthening Employability Through Practical Learning

As part of the Office Executive Associate Training Programme at BITAN Skill Academy, Jaynagar Majilpur, trainees participated in a Mock Interview and Professional Interaction Session.

The session provided trainees with practical exposure to a professional interview environment, helping them strengthen their communication skills, confidence, interview skills, professional etiquette and workplace readiness.

Joining hands for a cleaner and greener community! 🌱

As part of the Government-led Swachhata Sankalp Abhiyan, a cleanliness drive was organised with the active participation of BITAN Institute for Training, Awareness and Networking, in convergence with Barasat Municipality, North 24 Parganas

Through this collaborative effort, community members and volunteers came together to contribute towards cleanliness, responsible waste management and a healthier environment. BITAN continues to support such government initiatives by strengthening community participation and municipal convergence under the SBIF CON SERW: Waste No More Initiative.

Three-Day Residential Capacity Building of Project Team

A three-day residential capacity-building programme was organised under the ‘Waste No More’ Initiative for the project team working in Barasat Municipality and Sainthia Municipality, West Bengal.

The programme focused on strengthening the knowledge, skills and coordination of the project team to ensure effective implementation and end-to-end project management. The sessions included interactive discussions, group activities, experience sharing and practical exercises aimed at improving project planning, monitoring, teamwork and field-level implementation.

The programme was supported by SBI Foundation – CONSRW and implemented by BITAN Institute for Training, Awareness and Networking, in collaboration with Barasat Municipality, North 24 Parganas and Sainthia Municipality, Birbhum.
