Many studies in recent times are showing the same:
Healthy food is becoming out of reach of poor people...Soon it will also be unaffordable by the middle class..!
We have been systematically gas lighted to work for the rich like asses, eating fast and mass made food that is wrapped in AC fancy places with even more fancier packaging, sold by the rich.
So that we do not have time to cook our own food, grow our vegetables.
Life is so costly that both partners in marriage need to work(nothing to do with feminism)
While the rich is doing organic farming, buying lands with fresh water supply.
We are selling our ancestral farm lands to buy apartments with balcony standing where we will either give us asthma or malaria.
Solutions
1. Community kitchens serving healthy affordable food to workers who do not have time to cook
2. Community kitchen waste management for food and biogas production locally so that cost becomes literally zero
3. Make a sustainable community where some are cooking, some are working, some are growing food and eveyone is sharing their earning or produce with each other
4. Work with the environment not against it
Egg calories in Niger are 23.3 times as expensive as a calorie from rice or corn. In the U.S., egg calories are just 1.6 times as expensive as staple food calories.
