The District Officials & Group Leaders Meet 2026 continued with a warm and traditional welcome to all the esteemed District Officials and Group Leaders.

With Chandan Tika, fragrant Rose Buds 🌹, and specially curated Meet Gifts 🎁, each guest was welcomed with affection, respect and the true spirit of Indian hospitality.

More than a ceremonial welcome, it was a beautiful expression of gratitude, togetherness and the strong bond of our Scouting family — where every member is welcomed as a friend, a brother, a sister and a fellow servant of the Movement. ⚜️

A thread of love. A bond of trust. A promise to stand by one another.

As part of the District Officials & Group Leaders Meet 2026, Kanchrapara District Association celebrated the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan in the true spirit of Scouting & Guiding.

The sacred thread of Rakhi became a beautiful symbol of the bond that unites us — Scouts as brothers, Guides as sisters, and every member of the Movement as part of one Scouting family. ❤️⚜️

For us, Raksha Bandhan is more than a tradition; it is a reminder of our commitment to care for one another, respect one another, protect one another and always be ready to help others.

One thread may be small,
but the bond it represents is boundless. 🪢❤️

A Bright Beginning to a Day of Leadership & Learning. ⚜️

The District Officials & Group Leaders Meet 2026 was formally inaugurated with the traditional Lighting of the Lamp 🪔, symbolising the beginning of a day filled with knowledge, wisdom, unity and purposeful leadership.

The ceremonial lamp was illuminated by Sanjib Sha, SOC(S)/ERBSG, along with Ganesh Sharma, DOC(S)/KPA, Sayanti Chakraborty, DOC(G)/KPA, Sekhar Das, DTC(S)/KPA and other esteemed District Officials, Group Leaders marking the auspicious commencement of the Meet.

The ceremony set the tone for a day dedicated to meaningful discussions, leadership, collaboration and collective efforts towards strengthening Scouting & Guiding.

🪔 May the light of knowledge inspire us, the spirit of Scouting unite us, and the commitment to service guide us forward. ⚜️

With the Scout Flag flying high, State Officials belong to KPA, District Officials and Group Leaders, Supporting Staffs and Service Squad came together — united by the spirit of Service, Leadership, Unity and Teamwork.

The Flag Ceremony marked not just the beginning of the programme, but a renewed commitment to strengthen Scouting & Guiding, empower our units and serve society with purpose. ⚜️

The Scouts & Rovers of Kanchrapara District stepped into the field for their Booth-wise Practical Skill Testing as part of the District Level Rashtrapati / President Certificate Award Testing Camp 2026.

The practical assessments were conducted through dedicated testing booths, where candidates demonstrated their technical skills, knowledge, confidence, accuracy, teamwork and ability to apply Scouting skills in real-life situations.

👨‍✈️ The Practical Skill Tests were assessed under the direct supervision and leadership of Shri Ganesh Sharma, DOC(S)/KPA and the LOC(S), with the active involvement of all Testing Staff Members & District Officials. ⚜️👏

🤝 A special salute to every Staff Member, District Official, LOC, Supporting Staff, IT Team & Service Squad Member whose tireless service, coordination and behind-the-scenes efforts made the entire booth-wise testing process smooth, disciplined and successful.

🏕️ They tested. They guided. They served. They supported.
That is the true spirit of TEAM KPA! ❤️⚜️

Every page reflects preparation. Every entry tells a story of Scouting. 📖✨

As part of the District Level Rashtrapati / President Certificate Award Testing Camp 2026, the Log Books of Scouts & Rovers were carefully checked and assessed by the dedicated Staff Members at the District Training Centre, Kanchrapara.

📚 The assessment focused on the candidates’ Scouting knowledge, activities, skills, records, projects, service and overall progress as reflected through their Log Books — an important part of their journey towards the State Level Testing Camp. 🎯

⚜️ With systematic checking by the Staff Members and coordinated support from the DOCs, LOCs, Supporting Staff, IT Team & Service Squad, the process was conducted with discipline, care and consistency.

The Jungle came alive at the District Level Inter-Group Cub Competition – 2026! 🐾⚜️

Among the most joyful, energetic and entertaining moments of the Cub Section was the Sher Khan Death Dance — bringing together imagination, expression, movement, teamwork and pure Cub fun. 🎶🐯🔥

Inspired by the classic Wolf Cub Jungle tradition, the Cubs transformed the competition ground into a lively Jungle scene, portraying the dramatic celebration surrounding the fall of Sher Khan. 🌿🐾

From fierce Jungle expressions 😾🐯 to laughter, excitement and energetic movements, these moments beautifully captured what Cub Scouting is all about — learning, imagination and having fun together! ❤️⚜️

With the spirit of adventure, skill, teamwork and learning by doing, our young Cubs took on three exciting challenges at the District Level Inter-Group Cub Competition – 2026 at the District Training Centre, Kanchrapara. ⚜️🐾

🌿 JUNGLE DANCE
Energy, rhythm, creativity and team coordination came alive as the Cubs presented their Jungle Dance with enthusiasm and confidence. 🐾🎶

🪢 KNOTTING
A test of practical Scouting skills, concentration and teamwork, where the Cubs put their knotting knowledge into action. 💪⚜️

🧭 COMPASS
An exercise in direction, observation and presence of mind, showcasing the Cubs' growing outdoor and navigation skills. 🏕️🧭

✨ Three different challenges — one common spirit: LEARN • EXPLORE • ACHIEVE.

A proud display of discipline, confidence, smart turnout and Scouting spirit as the young Cubs of the five Cub Units of Kanchrapara District Association took part in the Turnout, Greetings & Flag Ceremony Competition at the District Training Centre, Kanchrapara. 🇮🇳🐾

From the smart turnout and respectful greetings to the solemnity of the Flag Ceremony, every moment reflected the values of discipline, teamwork, respect and pride in Scouting. ⚜️✨
