NOTICE FOR GENERAL BODY MEETING

Notice Date: 15 April, 2026

This is to inform all the residents and members of our locality (para) that a General Body Meeting will be held to discuss the formation of a new governing committee for our club - Sreepalli Welfare Association.

The previous committee, formed in 2022, had its tenure ending on 8th March 2025. The Secretary, Mr. Shirshendu Hazra, continued in an extended capacity for the past year and has now officially resigned. Therefore, it has become necessary to form a new committee for the smooth functioning and future development of the club.

Venue: Club premises

Agenda:

1. Discussion on formation of new governing body
2. Solicitation of views, suggestions, and opinions from members concerning the formation and functioning of the new governing body
3. Planning for future activities and development of the club

All residents are requested to attend the meeting and actively participate by sharing their valuable opinions and suggestions.
