A message that 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞, agreements cannot be bypassed, and the voices of employees and officers cannot be silenced.

𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐒 – 𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑 𝐏𝐋𝐈

United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has called for protest against the unilateral and unfair implementation of Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) policies which violate the spirit of Bipartite Settlement and established collective agreements.

Such unilateral decisions undermine equality among employees and officers, weaken the collective framework and disregard the long-standing process of negotiation and conciliation.

CBIOU (West Bengal & Sikkim) stands firmly with UFBU in this collective struggle to protect fairness, transparency and respect for trade union principles.

All members are requested to participate in the 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 by wearing black badges / black ribbons as a symbol of unity and resistance against unjust policies.Also members 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐚𝐩𝐩 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 invariably and immediately.
