Privileged to conduct an engaging Awareness & Sensitisation Session with an overwhelming participation of educators, staff members, and women professionals who brought immense enthusiasm, openness, and thoughtful interaction throughout the session.
The session focused on:

🔹 Building psychologically safe workplaces
🔹 Respectful communication & prevention of inappropriate conduct
🔹 Strengthening awareness, reporting, and redressal mechanisms
