🐎🌾 ISHEL Jaisalmer Study Tour – Episode 3 is Now Live!
The desert is often seen as barren and empty. But when experienced from horseback, it tells a very different story.
In Episode 3 of the ISHEL Jaisalmer Study Tour, our students, riders and horses journey deep into the countryside surrounding Jaisalmer, traversing magnificent sand dunes, dry riverbeds and the vast dotted landscapes that make this region so unique.
Along the way, we explore the rich flora of the desert, discuss the importance of native trees and vegetation, learn about local livelihoods that have thrived in this challenging environment for generations, and embrace the spirit of adventure that comes with travelling on horseback through one of India's most iconic landscapes.
This study tour is part of ISHEL's broader mission to educate, inspire and create awareness around India's indigenous horse breeds and their place in our history, culture and future.
