Spriha-Spandan Welfare Forum Platform to unite all allottees awaiting delivery of flats at Shukhobrishti (Phase 5-3BHK - Phase 9) in New Town being developed by BSHDPL.

Lets fight for justice as despite paying 90-95% of money delivery dates are still uncertain after 3-4 yrs of delay Allottees (starting phase 5 (3BHK) upto phase 9) are deprived by Bengal Shapoorji despite paying maximum/full payments. Bengal SP is neither starting work at full fledge nor honoring its deadlines of handover already committed. We need to unite against fight against injustice meted ou

t by builder as concerned Govt agency is behaving like helpless. HIRA has ceased to exist and newly introduced RERA is yet to be fully functional.
