MEMBERSHIP AND THE PROCEDURE FOR ITS REGISTRATION:
The person who agrees with the rules and regulations of the society, as well as the aims, objectives, policy, views and is above the age of 18 years is liable to be the member of the society. A person who is willing to be
the member of the society will have to fill up the form and submit it to the chairman or the secretary, with Amount or Bank of India, bank deposit receipt on respective address. If the form is approved by the 2/3rd votes of the working committee in the meeting, the person will get all the rights to be the member of the working society. FOUNDER MEMBERS: The members who are responsible for the establishment of the society, such members will be called as founder members.
2. COMMON MEMBERS: The members who will pay annual fees on time of the society will be called as the consumer member of the society.
3. MEMBERS: The members who will donate Rs. 500/- to the society will be called as the potion members of the subject.
4. HONORABLE MEMBERS: The members who will provide various kinds of arrangements and provisions will be referred to as the honorable members.
5. LIFE MEMBERS: The members who will donate Rs. 1000/- for the society will be referred do as life members. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
1.The members who will not follow the rules and rolling of the society (Foundation) and will perform an Act such that will harm the act goodwill and the benefits of the society or perform any damaging act will be debarred as members of the society with the reference of the working committee for some time or forever. 2. If any members is absent simultaneously for their consecutive working committee meetings, his membership will be cancelled. 3. If a member resigns or he is charged with some criminal offence or he is punished with crime of moral degradation then the membership will cancelled. FUNDS, PROPERTY AND DISTRIBUTION:
A. Property of the Foundation: The immovable properly, assets, material movable property etc will be owned by the Foundation. Funds: By accepting donations, Membership and entrance fees, Governmental, semi governmental and private person or societies donations. To accept fixed deposits.
-To collect as per requirement or necessary.
-To keep on collecting funds for the Foundation.
-To collect donations for the Foundation in form of immovable and movable properties.
-Corpus funds, Building funds and other funds. DISTRIBUTION OF THE FUNDS:
The funds collected for the Foundation will be distribution and used only for the fulfillment of the aims, objectives (INTENTIONS), polices, and the working of the Foundation. FOUNDATION BODY
