DIABETES SCREENING & FOLLOW-UP CAMP | KOKRAJHAR
Today, Lions Club of Kokrajhar Greater ,under the Diabetes Free Kokrajhar Initiative took another meaningful step towards building a healthier community.

💊 Appropriate treatment initiated
🥗 Lifestyle modification and dietary guidance provided
📋 Regular follow-up planned for continued care and better diabetes control
📱 DIABETES APP LAUNCHED!
Our new Diabetes App will help us provide continuous follow-up, track health progress, encourage lifestyle changes, support treatment adherence and work towards diabetes remission/reversal under appropriate medical guidance.
This is not just a screening programme — it is the beginning of a long-term journey with every person we identify and support.
