Lovely to have the Quest Alliance team from Bangalore and Guwahati visit our centres in Kohima. They interacted with our team members, current learners, and alumni on skills, growth, and future opportunities.

YouthNet implements Accenture’s ‘Skills to Succeed’ global initiative through Quest Alliance. A training program that focuses on enhancing the employability and entrepreneurial skills of job seekers in Nagaland.

The team also explored our Made in Nagaland Centre in Kohima to see the products and stories of our local entrepreneurs.

A one-day workshop was held in collaboration with the NECTAR and SCERT members to review and redesign the School Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) modules. Facilitators and resource persons reflected on participant feedback, impact findings, and the evolving needs of school leaders to ensure the modules remain practical, relevant, and grounded in real school contexts.

The workshop focused on identifying effective components, areas for revision, and content requiring simplification or updating. It also created space for shared reflection on making leadership learning more engaging and contextualised. This process will support the development of revised SLDP modules and LMS-based resources that better address current leadership challenges and strengthen support for school leaders across the state.
