A speaker meeting was conducted by Kochi United on 21st April at Radisson Blu. Meeting was called to order by President and Rtn Ramesh Ranganath Introduced the Speaker.
Speaker Ms.Reshmi Sreedhar presented a topic on parenting emphasising more on The Child Within- Understanding emotions, behavior and growth.
The session highlighted many topics like Raising vs Managing, Technology's Impact on Emotional Development, Academic Pressure and Mental Health Crisis, Hyperactivity (ADHD) Management, Brain Development Insights, Midline Crisis, Educational System Changes, Parenting Dynamics including Mother-Father Roles, Communication Patterns etc. In short The workshop emphasized that modern parenting requirements. It was well received by the members, the Speaker being well knowledged and experienced in the topic who is also an expert in counselling.
