A movement seeking support for flood victims from a few friends is enabling us to deliver clean drinking water to 100 needy families. We are enthused to see what a 1,000 contributions can do.

Don’t contribute to us; give directly to the needy

Kerala, the small, coastal tourist hotspot in the southern tip of India, is bravely picking itself up from the record rain that caused widespread damage. Government figures give a glimpse of the terrible destruction: 483 dead, 1.4 million people in more than 3,000 relief camps during the flooding, 11,000 houses destroyed, 2.5 lakh farmers affected and Rs 2,000 crore in losses ($2.8 billion) to the state.

Yet, this is just a tip of the iceberg. Of the troubling issues that people have to battle as they clean and rebuild their homes and lives is the scare of epidemics.

Let us combat this with the Kerala Clean Water Project which aims to provide safe drinking water to needy families affected by the flooding.

The initiative of Indian-origin, foreign professionals can mobilize and monitor the contributions that come from the diaspora. We work with trusted hands on the ground to provide safe and clean drinking water and ensure the project will benefit the maximum number of affected people.

We make sure that there is no misuse and pilferage in procurement and distribution, and most number of affected families are benefited.

What we do

We identify low income households with no access to clean, safe drinking water, and the filtering systems that will work best for them.

We negotiate and procure water filtering equipment from reputed and certified manufacturers and deliver it to these homes. You pay the distributor and are billed directly, and we implement the systems.
