The main objective of PM Foundation is to encourage educational excellence in academic performance among needy and meritorious students by providing critical support, counselling, and academic opportunities to pursue their higher education. One of PMNCSAR's focus is to work for transformative change in the educational sectors of India. By identifying the key issues and suggesting innovative solutions, a seachange can be achieved in a specified span of time. Another core area of preference is to strengthen the persons and institutions in making desirable policies. Those who are working in the community development areas are responsible to develop effective solutions to the critical challenges facing the society in general and community in particular. They are badly in need of high-quality information, database, research, analysis, and expertise that should be both objective and nonpartisan in approach. One of our prime concern is to facilitate policy making by providing multilevel helps to policymakers. It includes collection of best available quality information on the concerned topic, sound methods for analysis of data, brainstorming for innovative solutions and ultimately producing insightful policy papers for a ready reference. We hope that this will be a grandest experiment ever undertaken to tackle the most pressing problems of our society.
