Today around 1000 coconuts were split and loaded on to the solar tunnel drier to dry.This method has minimal nutritional losses Itwould take 3 days to turn into copra. The flooring is of Kadapa tiles they radiate up the heat.
By 3 days the coconuts could be dehusked to be cold pressed into Grade 1A coconut oil or better known as virgin oil.
