Skill Bridge Kerala is a statewide online digital skill development initiative by KITES Foundation .india in association with Transorze Solutions . It offers free, industry-relevant training to help students and youth build future-ready skills.

The programme was inaugurated by Honorable Minister P. Rajeev Minister for Law, Industries and Coir of Kerala, marking an important step in strengthening skill development among the youth of Kerala. It focuses on providing accessible, quality training and preparing a skilled workforce for a knowledge-driven economy.

To ensure wider reach, awareness sessions were conducted across schools and colleges, allowing direct interaction with students and increasing participation in the programme.

The Sumedha Quiz Festival 2026

launched in 2017 under the Sumedha Higher Education Project has been conducted under the leadership of E. T. Taison Master, MLA of the Kaipamangalam constituency. It creates engaging platforms that inspire learning, confidence, and overall development among students. The 5th edition of the festival was held this year in association with KITES India .india

A total of 26,888 students from 136 schools participated in the competition, which progressed through multiple stages and culminated at the Mandalam level. The Grand Finale was held at MES Asmabi College, where outstanding participants from all levels were felicitated. E. T. Taison Master presented certificates and cash prizes to the winners.

Skill Bridge Kerala was officially inaugurated by Hon. Minister for Industries, Law and Coir, P. Rajeev, Government of Kerala.

The launch ceremony was held in the presence of Al Ameen R (Managing Director, Transorze Solutions ) and Ajmal Chakkarappadam (CEO, Kites Foundation .india ).

Jointly organized by Kites Foundation and Transorze Solutions, this initiative aims to provide free, industry-relevant skill training to one lakh students across Kerala — creating opportunities and shaping a skilled generation.

A celebration of culture, dialogue, and unity unfolded over 3 impactful days in Ernakulam, Kochi, as the Indian Cultural Congress came alive across 8 thoughtfully curated stages.

The Congress was formally inaugurated by the Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan, marking the beginning of an extraordinary cultural journey that brought together thinkers, artists, performers, and cultural custodians from across India.

Each hall became a space for meaningful conversations, insightful discussions, lectures, and vibrant cultural performances, reflecting the diversity and depth of India’s cultural heritage. From traditional expressions to contemporary perspectives, every stage told a story.

The grand celebration concluded with a memorable closing ceremony by legendary Malayalam actor Mammootty, leaving behind moments of inspiration, pride, and cultural resonance.

More than a hall concept, the Indian Cultural Congress stood as a living cultural experience - where ideas met art, and tradition met purpose.
