📢 Call for Demos and Exhibits: ICDCN 2027

The 28th International Conference on Distributed Computing and Networking, ICDCN 2027, invites submissions of innovative industrial applications and research prototypes for live demonstration in the Demos and Exhibits session.

Researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia and industry are encouraged to showcase technologies, platforms, simulations, frameworks, analysis tools, working prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations related to distributed computing and networking. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical merit, innovation, and their potential to stimulate discussion.

✨ What can you showcase?

🔹 Industrial applications and production-ready systems
🔹 Research prototypes demonstrating novel ideas and early results
🔹 Platforms, simulation environments, analysis tools, and frameworks
🔹 Proof-of-concept systems for emerging distributed and networked applications

📄 Submission details:

📝 Maximum length: 2 pages, including figures, appendices, and references
📐 Format: Double-column ACM Proceedings format
👥 Review process: Single-blind
📍 Presentation: In person at ICDCN 2027

📅 Submission deadline: October 8, 2026
✅ Acceptance notification: November 7, 2026

📢 Call for Tutorial Proposals: ICDCN 2027

The 28th International Conference on Distributed Computing and Networking, ICDCN 2027, invites proposals for high-quality tutorials on topics related to distributed computing, networking, and emerging applications.

Tutorials should provide participants with an engaging introduction to an important research area, emerging technology, practical methodology, or advanced topic relevant to the ICDCN community. Tutorials will be organized alongside the workshops and main conference tracks.

✨ Why propose a tutorial?

🔹 Share your expertise with an international research community
🔹 Introduce participants to emerging concepts, methods, and technologies
🔹 Highlight recent advances and open research challenges
🔹 Engage with researchers, students, and industry practitioners

⏱️ Tutorial duration: 1.5 to 2.5 hours

📢 Call for Doctoral Symposium: ICDCN 2027

The 28th International Conference on Distributed Computing and Networking, ICDCN 2027, invites students to submit their research proposals to the Doctoral Symposium.

The symposium provides an excellent opportunity for Ph.D. students to present and discuss their research with peers, academics, and industry practitioners working in distributed computing, computer networking, and related areas. BS and MS students with well-formulated research projects and promising preliminary results are also encouraged to apply.

📄 Submission requirements:

📝 Research proposal or paper: Maximum 2 pages, including references, figures, and tables

📑 Curriculum Vitae: Maximum 1 page

🎓 Eligibility: Primarily full-time Ph.D. students, with BS and MS students also welcome

👥 Review process: Single-blind

📍 Presentation: In person at ICDCN 2027

📅 Submission deadline: October 15, 2026, 11:59 PM AoE

✅ Acceptance notification: November 7, 2026

📄 Camera-ready deadline: November 14, 2026

🗓️ Conference: January 4 to 7, 2027

📌 Venue: NIT Karnataka, Surathkal, India

Accepted submissions will be included in the ICDCN 2027 proceedings as 2-page extended abstracts and published in the ACM Digital Library.

🏆 A Doctoral Symposium Award will recognize an outstanding presentation.

🎓 Dedicated mentoring sessions will help students receive guidance and feedback on their research.

✈️ Selected authors will also be eligible for travel grant support.

The 28th International Conference on Distributed Computing and Networking, ICDCN 2027, invites poster submissions presenting promising early-stage, ongoing, or innovative research in distributed computing, networking, and related applications.

Researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry are encouraged to participate. Preliminary results are welcome, and the work does not need to be complete.
