During my one year tenure I did my best for the upgradation of colony but I faced stiff opposition and discriminatory views. These differences are to such an extent that I now decide to dismiss the group .

14. Proper system of sweeping and garbage collection
15. Convex mirrors on every turn to avoid accidents

18. Mattress , pillows, blankets for resident’s functions
19. musical instruments like Mikes , dholki etc.
20. Chairs (200+100)
21. Outdoor gym
22. CCTV cameras on every road
23. Sports equipments for children
24. Proper rules and regulations for generating revenue. (100rs per Biswa)
25. Timely Cleaning of empty plots
26. Provided vallet parking for the convenience of guests
27. Reflectors, dividers and paint done to upgrade the beauty of entrance
28. Transparency of accounts for each and every resident of colony
29. Selfie point (I love friends colony)

31. REFUND OF DONATIONS ( FIRST TIME IN HISTORY EITHER GIVEN BY THE PRIVILEGED RESIDENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COLONY)
