Dr. Gupta published 19 research Papers (National & International); 18 Technical / Popular articles in reputed periodicals and 2 book chapters. He has also published a book "Whey Protein & Cocoa Enriched Functional Beverages" by LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing, Germany.

He is working as a Joint Treasurer with NDRI Graduates Association.
