When we do clusters of small schools for mobile libraries, we often meet students who tell us their aspirations of who they want to become. Sometimes they know, most of the times they don’t. We don’t force them to read books, but having such inspirational and good reads filled with pictures they want to know more about it. Who can stop a curious brain. We can just help cultivate it. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, Just one step at a time.

We don’t post regularly but each month we are involved in active work not to show to the world but to show up to ourselves.

SforSchools’ Mobile Libraries flagship project inaugurated a new library at ZP School Vehergaon Karla in Pawana, Maval, to promote early reading habits. Reading from a young age significantly boosts children’s language skills, cognitive development, and academic performance regardless of background. Studies show children read to daily at ages 4-5 score higher in literacy and numeracy later on, while early readers tend to have larger brain volumes linked to better cognition and mental health. Reading not only expands vocabulary but also enriches knowledge and creativity, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.

The kids of ZP School Sadapur were joyed to see new colourful books added to their library. Big shoutout to and for donating this to us through under the flagship event of of Padhenge toh Badhenge.

This marks us with 170+ mobile libraries across Maharashtra and we look forward to creating grassroots level impacts.

Meet The Mentor
One of the flagship programs of is meet the mentor. When we move around schools from rural areas we have identified that students seek a lot of guidance and sometimes they want to hear it from someone who is not a teaching faculty.

We are open for people and mentors who would like to guide the students via meetings in offline sessions or sometimes online.

What it actually takes to create a grassroot level impact isn’t just money and networks, it’s consistent prolonged effort that deep dives to a clear mission.

Around the clock in social work, many people want to do a lot but very few actually take the effort to go the extra mile and do what it takes. We are proud to associate with one such member who has effortlessly supported us and on his birthday he vowed to donate libraries for 5 schools. This has helped over 340 students for a brighter future. We thank you sir with a warm heart.

Teachers play a very important role in shaping the future of students and we are glad that behind every successful project of S for Schools there are teachers who support us keeping all their office work on the other hand. It was never possible without their enthusiasm and support.

We are no experts to train teachers but since Mobile libraries project is universally alike since we need to follow same pattern that’s why we train teachers so that they can implement it in their areas effectively
