Dangapara Group proudly celebrated at the Group Pavilion with enthusiasm and a spirit of wellness. Through various yoga sessions and exercises, Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers embraced the message of a healthy body, calm mind, and balanced life.

🌍 World Environment Day 2026 🌱

On the occasion of World Environment Day (5th June 2026), Dangapara Group organized an awareness and action-oriented programme dedicated to environmental protection and sustainable living.

The programme began with flag ceremony, followed by Poster Making for Cubs, Bulbuls, Scouts and Guides, and Slogan Writing for Rovers and Rangers. Participants then took part in group activities and games focused on environmental awareness.

The highlight of the day was a Tree Plantation Drive, followed by Shramdan (community service) to promote cleanliness and responsibility towards nature. An awareness Rally, an engaging Environmental Quiz, and a collective Pledge to protect our planet further strengthened the message of conservation. Lastly we also celebrate birthday of a bulbul, May her life fulfilling with greenary and best wishes for all her dreams.

Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to a greener and cleaner future.

Dangapara Rovers Crew, under Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides, Kanchrapara District Association, has taken the initiative to conduct a Water Service Project near Loco Gate, Kanchrapara, demonstrating the true spirit of service and social responsibility.

Dangapara Scout Troop successfully organized an engaging Troop Meeting at Dangapara Group Pavilion ⚜️
The meeting was filled with energy and learning as scouts participated in various activities including patrol-wise inspection, action songs, and Games 🎶👏
A lively debate session was also conducted on Child Labour, encouraging scouts to express their thoughts, build confidence, and enhance their communication skills 🗣️💡
Such meetings help in developing discipline, teamwork, and leadership among scouts while making learning fun and interactive 🙌

🏳️ Dangapara Group was planned 🤔 and successfully participated on the 2nd Week of the Swachhata Awareness Campaign.
🏳️Today our members clean 🧹 the station surrounding, Aware Local Passengers who are traveling via Local Trains 🚂 and perform Nukkad Natak 🧏 on the platforms of Kanchrapara Railway Station about Swachhata.
🏳️Also We have done a small rally 🚶into the station for Awareness and attention of the people present by chanting 🎙️ - "Swachhata hi Seva Hai" & "Our Station, Our Responsibility".
🏳️ In the evening our members participated in "Poster Making Competition" in Dangapara group Pavillion and walk in a road rally with the poster for aware locality about Swachha Railway.

Dangapara Group proudly conducted a Swachhata Awareness Campaign at Kanchrapara Railway Station on 19th April, 2026 🚉
During the campaign our members do :
🧹 Cleanliness drive across station premises
🎭 Nukkad Natak at crowded platforms to spread awareness
🏪 Shop-to-shop visit ensuring proper use of dustbins
📢 Miking and announcements via station mikes with audio on the importance of cleanliness
💪🏻 Our small steps can create a big impact towards a cleaner and healthier railway environment.
