S D P Foundation is a socio-educational organization built with the aim of universalization and qualitative improvement of education, health & sanitization and women empowerment in the rural as well as urban sectors. S D P Foundation envisages a society free from the evils of poverty, illiteracy, social injustice, caste, class or creed difference and prejudice. We wish to redefine educational stra
tegies, impart social change, make rural people aware about their rights, providing employment and income opportunities to them and so on. We work to involve people from various segment of society in the process of development of Education, Environment, and Healthcare and promote voluntary action in every field. Our organization has been putting thrust on expanding access, ensuring and enhancing quality of education for child’s holistic development, livelihood for the youth, healthcare in rural villages and urban slums, women empowerment and sensitization of the privileged masses. Our activities include the following:
• To raise consciousness and facilitate rural communities in improving their social, economical, environmental and educational conditions
• To provide quality education and promote the principles of good education
• To raise awareness among them about the universal rights of children & women
• To provide diversification of educational opportunities
• To raise awareness about the need and importance of female education, literacy and development
• To endeavor to increase literacy rates among rural women of India and promote basic education for them
• Rural development & sanitation health and hygiene for the poor people
• To improve the social status and economic well-being of the poorest
