Prathidhwani is a not for profit Welfare Organization of IT Employees – Kerala. We plan to organize various programs to promote our rich cultural heritage.

It was formed with the multi-dimensional vision of contributing to the cultural, technical and social welfare of our society. Through these events, the techies get an opportunity to explore and present their cultural vibrance.The technical group of Prathidhwani conducts sessions and training programs for employees to beat obsolescence and keep pace with the technological progression and their appl

ications. There are many colleagues who wish to lend a helping hand to the needy. Prathidhwani plans to facilitate this objective through genuine relief work teams. Prathidhwani will serve as a forum for employees to interact, build value on each other’s ideas, and strengthen the quest for knowledge. It will act as a platform to bridge the gap between the engineer’s brain and the artist’s. Therefore, we can develop a keen sense of responsibility towards the society. Prathidhwani welcomes everyone to be a part of this journey.

🕯️ ആദരാഞ്ജലികൾ | സലിം കുമാർ (1969–2026)

മലയാള സിനിമയിലെ അതുല്യ പ്രതിഭയും ദേശീയ ചലച്ചിത്ര പുരസ്കാര ജേതാവുമായ സലിം കുമാറിന്റെ നിര്യാണം കലാലോകത്തിന് തീരാനഷ്ടമാണ്.

മിമിക്രി വേദികളിൽ നിന്ന് കലാജീവിതം ആരംഭിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം, തന്റെ അനന്യമായ ഹാസ്യശൈലിയിലൂടെ മലയാളികളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിൽ ഇടം നേടി. നൂറുകണക്കിന് ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ വ്യത്യസ്തമായ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച സലിം കുമാർ, ഹാസ്യനടൻ എന്ന പരിധിക്കപ്പുറം ശക്തമായ അഭിനയശേഷിയുള്ള കലാകാരനാണെന്ന് തെളിയിച്ചു.

‘ആദാമിന്റെ മകൻ അബു’ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഹൃദയസ്പർശിയായ പ്രകടനത്തിന് ദേശീയ ചലച്ചിത്ര പുരസ്കാരം നേടിയ അദ്ദേഹം, മലയാള സിനിമയുടെ അഭിമാനമായി മാറി. ചിരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചിന്തിപ്പിക്കുകയും കണ്ണുനിറയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങൾ തലമുറകളോളം ഓർമ്മിക്കപ്പെടും.

കലാസ്നേഹികൾക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കാനാകാത്ത ഒരു പാരമ്പര്യം സമ്മാനിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം മലയാള സിനിമയുടെ ചരിത്രത്തിൽ എന്നും ജീവിക്കും.

Empowering Young Minds: Prathidhwani Kochi Distributes School Kits

Prathidhwani Kochi, the welfare organization of IT employees, successfully conducted its "My School Kit 2026" campaign, distributing school kits to around 250–300 students facing financial hardship.

The initiative supported students from Government U.P. School, Kurumassery, Government L.P. School, Kavalam, and Government L.P. School, Thaikattukara, helping ensure they begin the academic year with essential learning materials.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all donors, supporters, and volunteers whose dedication made this campaign a success. Through their efforts, these children received not only school supplies but also encouragement and confidence for the year ahead.

Together, we are creating brighter opportunities for young minds.

Obituary – Jalesh Paul (51)

It is with deep sorrow that we learn of the untimely demise of Jalesh Paul (51), who passed away due to a cardiac arrest on Saturday.

Jalesh was associated with Founding Minds, Kochi, for the past 15 years and had a distinguished career spanning 23 years in the IT industry. He was known as a dedicated professional, a supportive colleague, and a warm-hearted individual.

He is survived by his wife, Rakhi Vijayan, and their children, Neha Elizabeth Joseph, Nikhil Matthew Joseph, and Noel Emmanuel Joseph. The family hails from Angamaly, Kochi. The cremation was held on Sunday evening.

Prathidhwani expresses its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time. May they find strength and comfort in the cherished memories they shared with him.

Prathidhwani’s ‘My School Kit 2026’ Program Launched at Infopark

Prathidhwani, the welfare organization for IT employees, has officially launched the 2026 edition of its ‘My School Kit’ program at Infopark. This initiative aims to provide school kits—including study materials and stationery—to students in government schools across Kerala.

Dedicated collection boxes have been placed near security checkpoints in various Infopark buildings. Employees are encouraged to contribute by dropping off school supplies—such as notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, and geometry boxes—while shopping for their own children.
