School is where learning begins. But every child needs time to practise, ask questions, revisit difficult concepts, and build confidence in what they know.

That’s where Aditi Institute of Excellence comes in.

Our after-school academic support programme is designed to complement formal schooling, not replace it.

Since 2023, we’ve been helping children from underserved communities in Jiaganj, Murshidabad strengthen their learning through focused support in English, Mathematics, Spoken English, and Digital Learning.

Understanding doesn’t always happen the first time.
Sometimes, a child just needs another explanation.
Another example.
Another chance to practise.
And the confidence to ask, “Can you explain that again?”

We believe after-school learning should be a space where children can take that time.
School gives the foundation. We help build on it.

Good education shouldn’t depend on your PIN code.

For many children, the school day is only one part of their learning journey. What happens after school can make a big difference too.

Some children have access to extra academic support, digital resources, and someone to help them when a concept feels difficult. Others go home to responsibilities that leave little time or support for learning.

That’s where Aditi Institute of Excellence steps in.

Since 2023, our after-school educational support programme in Jiaganj has been helping children strengthen their learning through English, Mathematics, Spoken English, and digital learning at affordable fees, with support for families who need it.

Because educational opportunity shouldn’t be determined by where a child lives or the resources available at home. Where a child starts shouldn’t decide how far they can go.

Every educator shapes lives. But the community you choose to serve shapes you too.

At ADITI School, an alternative school by Tatwamasi Foundation in Jiaganj, West Bengal, you'll be part of something bigger than a classroom.

Our work began in 2022 with a simple belief: every child deserves access to quality education, healthcare, sports, and the arts, regardless of where they are born or the resources available to them.

As we prepare to launch Aditi Vidyaniketan in 2027, we're building a learning community where children are encouraged to think independently, learn through experience, and grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, and creatively.

We're looking for educators who believe that teaching is more than completing a syllabus. We want people who can inspire curiosity, create meaningful learning experiences, and walk alongside children as they discover themselves and the world around them.

Aditi Vidyaniketan, an alternative school by Tatwamasi Foundation, is looking for passionate educators who see themselves as facilitators rather than instructors.

We believe every child has an inherent desire and capacity to learn. Our role is not to fill minds with information, but to create environments where curiosity can flourish, questions are welcomed, and learning happens through exploration, play, making, reflection, and real-world experiences.

When people think about social change, they often think about food drives, healthcare, or financial support.

We do too.

But lasting change begins much earlier.

It begins with a child who learns to ask questions, think critically, make informed choices, and believe they can shape their own future.

That's why education is the first step in our journey.

At Tatwamasi Foundation, we don't see schools as buildings. We see them as the starting point of stronger communities—where children grow into adults who are equipped to lead, solve problems, preserve their culture, care for their environment, and create opportunities for others.
Aditi Vidyaniketan is our first step towards that vision.

Not because formal education alone changes lives, but because it can become the first step towards dignity, confidence, and self-reliance.

For us, the goal has never been to build dependence.

It has always been to build communities that can shape their own future.
