We are strengthening our data systems to ensure effective program implementation, accountability, and performance tracking across all verticals. We are looking for a professional who can combine analytical rigor with field coordination.

We are hiring:
•M&E Officer
This role involves developing and managing a centralized MIS system, designing dashboards for real-time monitoring, ensuring data quality and validation, preparing analytical reports, tracking log frame and donor indicators, and supporting program teams with data interpretation and performance measurement.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Data Management, Computer Applications, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, Dashboards)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (compulsory)
• Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI (preferred)

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

We organized a training on oyster mushroom cultivation in the villages of Beko and Futlahi in Koderma district with 70 women participants. Following the training, the women farmers achieved their first harvest and began selling mushrooms within their communities and nearby local markets, thereby generating income.

हम अपने समुदाय के लोगों के साथ मिलकर स्थानीय एवं पारंपरिक खाद्य उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं
हाल ही में, हमने खजूर से बनने वाले डेट पाम जैगरी के उत्पादन पर इच्छुक समुदाय सदस्यों को प्रशिक्षण दिया।
इस पहल के अंतर्गत हम अपने समुदाय द्वारा निर्मित इन-हाउस साबुन बनाने में भी सफल रहे हैं
अब हमारी अगली चुनौती बाज़ार तक पहुँच बनाना है। इसके लिए हम अपने उत्पादों को बाज़ार मानकों के अनुरूप तैयार कर रहे हैं और उन्हें विभिन्न ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर पंजीकृत व उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में कार्य कर रहे हैं।

We are working closely with our community to promote local and indigenous food products
Recently, we organized a training for interested community members on Date Palm Jaggery production using locally available khajur.
Through this initiative, we have also successfully produced our own in-house, community-made soap
Our next challenge is market access. We are working to develop these products as per market standards and are exploring enrollment on various online platforms to make them more widely available.
