Hi,

Recently noticed that one junior fellow from CUTM was trying hard to get interviewed in a company and HR of that company rejected his candidature coincidentally he contacted me and i was able to refer him. Now he is working in that company.

So moral of the story is that it If you know a person working in a company you are applying for can boost your chance significantly to get interviewed and get that job.

There is thought in mind to create a google sheet of basic details of our alumnus to help each other professionally (Without harming individual privacy).
