Frequency Increases = Stability Decreases

Sounds counter-intuitive?
Here’s why:

When frequency goes above 50.2 Hz, it means there’s excess generation vs demand.
Too much power with nowhere to go = Grid becomes unstable.

Grid discipline isn’t just about keeping lights ON.
It’s about keeping frequency at 50 Hz.

Because in the power sector, balance = stability.
