Due to endless power cuts we had yesterday 13/06/25, I sent the following email to and got a very basic response

Question:

We live in the 21st century, India is the 4th largest economy in THE WORLD....yet the state of punjab can not get it's actually together to fix the state of its bijli problem....WHY???

In this climate, heat being an absolute nightmare, the electricity TODAY has been switched off SEVEN TIMES, yes SEVEN. WHY????

WHY CAN YOU NOT fix this problem once and for all?

Get THE MODI GOVERNMENT into Punjab and let him sort this sh*t out because it seems you all are useless, neither use nor ornament! Pathetic!

Stop making excuses, you employ staff at your call centre who have NO Idea what is what but are happy to cut the call due to lack of understanding and information. How the hell is that helpful to anyone?

It's an embarrassment, Punjab is dragging it's heals while the other states are moving on.

Get your finger out!
