Yi Jamshedpur We are a voluntary member driven organisation that plans and executes Nation Building projects while engaging in national discourse. Yi is a part of CII.

CII’s Young Indians (Yi) is a movement for Indian Youth to converge, lead, co-create and influence India’s future. Formed in 2002, Yi has a growing, inclusive membership with over 4000+ direct members in 57 chapters, and 29500 college students YUVA members. Yi membership includes young entrepreneurs, professionals, and achievers from different walks of life between the age group of 21-45 years. Th

rough impactful projects and activities under “Youth Leadership”, “Nation Building” and “Thought Leadership”, Yi hopes to emerge as a premier Indian Youth Organization and play an important role in Nation Building. Yi is one of the proud founders of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (G20) & Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs (CAYE)- Asia Pacific.

On 29th April, Yi Jamshedpur Sports Vertical, along with the Membership Team, hosted the YiSL 2026 Swimming & Water Polo at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. We thank everyone who came out and supported the event, bringing great energy and enthusiasm throughout.

All four teams—Blackhawks, Spartans, Vikings, and Ninjas—competed with excellent spirit, earning valuable points along the way. Individual swimming saw many participants improve on their previous performances, while the relays showcased strong teamwork. Water polo, as always, was full of fun and intensity. With every splash, YiSL 2026 continues to inspire everyone to push harder and aim higher.

Yi Jamshedpur has signed *Two New MOU’s’* with Ramakrishna English school Bistupur(2106 students ) and Ramakrishna School Sidhgora ( 2200 students) impacting 4306 students in total .

_Your Phone 📱 Your Safety - A Digital Wellness Session for students_

Had the privilege of conducting a smartphone safety session for 50 students of Std 9 & 10 at *Kavyapta Global School*, a Thalir School.

The session focused on helping students understand how to use smartphones and the internet more safely & responsibly 🤌

We spoke about common smishing scams, how to identify fake vs genuine apps, the importance of app permissions, WhatsApp security, digital arrest awareness, and simple cybersecurity habits they can practice in everyday life and even share with their parents ✅

By the end, students learned to enable 2-factor authentication on WhatsApp, saving the National Cyber Helpline number, and even using Sanchar Saathi to stay cyber safe 🔐

Sessions like these remind us how important digital awareness is for the next generation 🫆

We had the privilege of conducting mental health awareness sessions for 210 students of Std. 7 & 8 at Saint Xavier School, Jamshedpur — under the beautiful initiative of Yi Health, Young Indians Jamshedpur.
Two sessions. One powerful message. Countless curious, open, and incredible young minds.
Watching them ask questions, share their thoughts, and truly engage with conversations around mental health — that’s where the magic happens.
Because when we give our youth the language to understand their minds, we give them the tools to change their world.
